As a recent college graduate, I had two goals for my first "real job." I was looking for a program targeted to new graduates and a company with which I had a positive experience in the past. When I saw the job posting online, FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Services fit both descriptions. It had just introduced a Leadership Development Program, and it's a company I strongly believe in.

The time in Dallas has been great. We average two guest speakers per week in our class sessions, and I have learned something from each of them. Plus, I have developed a great knowledge base for being an effective leader, a professional and a success at FedEx Kinko's. Additionally, I hope to become well-versed on the financial aspects of FedEx Kinko's and what's involved in making it a profitable business.

If you are interested in joining FedEx Kinko's and the Leadership Development Program, I have one suggestion. Go to a FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Center and talk to the manager. If you know what you're getting into, you'll respect the program even more.
