The FedEx Kinko's Leadership Development Program - College (LDP-C) is designed for recent college graduates, regardless of age, interested in a dynamic career with a leading global company. The ideal candidate is results-oriented and professional, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The program provides comprehensive training and development in leadership, strategic and technical skills.

Initially, team members are trained for the role of Center Manager, but may grow into other FedEx Kinko's leadership positions as they gain experience. The structured program takes ten months to complete, beginning with eight weeks of basic training in a local market FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Center, eight weeks of training at our headquarters in Dallas, and six months as an acting assistant manager in a Center.
